UMCOR's Mission in Armenia is to assist in socio-economic development and eradicating poverty during Armenian's transition to a healthy and wealthy civil society.
UMCOR Armenia's main focus is on transitional programming. It implements programs with funding for specific projects from donors such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Rabobank, Interchurch Organization for Development Cooperation (ICCO), the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the U.S. Department of State (DOS) and Norwegian Church Aid (NCA).
During work at UMCOR Armenia I developed multi-website for 24 agricultural cooperatives, as well as assisted SCEAD Program with media coverage, promotion and networking of cooperatives.

Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and technology consulting firm based in Washington D.C., was selected through a competitive tender by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement the Armenia Tax improvement Program (ATIP). Primary counterpart of the Program was the State Tax Service of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (STS). The goal of the ATIP was to increase tax collections as a percentage of Gross Domestic Product. The program aimed to increase the efficiency, accuracy and transparency of the STS operations.
Chemonics is an international development consulting firm that promotes meaningful change to help people live healthier, more productive, and more independent lives. Around the world, Chemonics designs and implements projects in financial services, private sector development, health, environmental management, gender, crisis prevention and recovery, democracy and governance, and agriculture.
I was involved in two projects implemented by Chemonics International financed by the United States Agency for International Development.

IFES is a nonprofit democracy development organization that works to give people a voice in the way that they are governed. Formerly the International Foundation for Election Systems, IFES is the world’s premiere election assistance organization, providing countries with the technical advice and tools they need to run democratic elections. IFES was selected through a competitive tender by the United States Agency for International Development to implement Citizens’ Awareness and Participation in Armenia Project. Primary counterparts of the project were Central Electoral Commission and National Assembly of Armenia.

Hai Consult is an Armenian consulting company, established within the framework of the European Union Commission TACIS ”Reinforcing the “MASF” (Management Advisory Service Facility)” project, a post-privatization restructuring project implemented by CNA Veneto Euro-In Consulting in Armenia in March 1997. Hai Consult provides a full range of business consulting services, as well as restructuring and revitalization assistance to privatized companies.
I was involved in almost all activities connected with every aspect of Hai Consult. I would stress only two main accomplishments:
developed two Business Plans that received grants from Eurasia Foundation and USAID Academy of Educational Development, and
designed and developed a booklet on "Enterprises Support Organizations in Armenia".
