Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and technology consulting firm based in Washington D.C., was selected through a competitive tender by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to implement the Armenia Tax improvement Program (ATIP). Primary counterpart of the Program was the State Tax Service of the Government of the Republic of Armenia (STS). The goal of the ATIP was to increase tax collections as a percentage of Gross Domestic Product. The program aimed to increase the efficiency, accuracy and transparency of the STS operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversaw compliance of all communication materials with USAID regulations
Organized and oversaw publication of printed materials
Designed and developed internal communication materials (business cards, templates, certificates, posters, brochures, leaflets, invitations, labels, etc.)
Assisted Program staff with the development of presentations, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
Developed Program website /www.atip.am/ utilizing Content Management System
Supervised entire development process of a new website /www.taxservice.am/ for the State Tax Service of Armenia:
Initiated lay-out, design, and content structure
Developed technical specifications of the Content Management System (CMS)
Supervised the subcontractor in development of the website
Trained STS staff on usage of Content Management System
Managed development of the Social Advertisement Campaign “Pay Your Taxes” comprised of 3 TV Ads (“Pomegranate”, “Eagle View”, “Car”):
